On October 20, 2016, Shen Lingen, chairman of Yadelin Machinery (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., as the rotating chairman of China Foundry Association Die Casting Branch, together with Li Yuanfa, permanent honorary president of Hong Kong Foundry Association, Tang Jiexiong, president of Guangdong Foundry Industry Association, Sun Jiexiao, chairman of Suzhou Die Casting Technology Association and Suzhou Chunxing Group, Cai Zifang, chairman of Shunjingyuan Precision Foundry Co., Ltd., executive vice president of Hong Kong Foundry Association and other outstanding entrepreneurs and a new generation of young entrepreneurs (the second generation of enterprises) jointly participated in the salon, which was presided over by Gao Wei, Deputy Secretary General of the China Foundry Association. 

In the theme sharing session, several successful entrepreneurs shared with the delegates on entrepreneurial experience, business management, lean production, and how to help second-generation successors grow. In the interactive communication session, the delegates fully communicated and discussed, actively sharing their views and opinions, and the audience applauded constantly. 

The development of an enterprise cannot be detached from the diligent, pragmatic and conscientious pioneering work of the older generation of entrepreneurs, and is even more inseparable from the inheritance and development of the new generation of entrepreneurs. One of the highlights of this salon is that a large number of young entrepreneurs (the second generation of enterprises) have participated in the salon, who are full of vigor and vitality and active in thinking. In the interactive communication session, several "second generation entrepreneurs" combined their experiences, talked freely about the issue of enterprise "succession", put forward their own puzzles, and had in-depth communications with entrepreneurs of their parents. Everyone expressed their own views and had a heated interaction. 

The holding of this Die Casting Entrepreneur Salon aims to provide opportunities for entrepreneurs in the die casting industry to communicate with each other, with the hope that entrepreneurs can make full use of this platform and learn from each other in a relaxed atmosphere.
